· Delivery/Customer Database. Dinerware has created an easy way to manage and use your new database. Not just for Delivery and Carry Out, the Dinerware Customer Identity features enable you to recognize your customers, and provide superior service. Your staff can enter the database in just one click! Easily use your database for all of your marketing efforts.
· Smart Searching. Look up customers instantly by name, phone number, address, or email. Start re-ordering your customer’s favorite items from previous tickets displayed on the screen. In addition, create a section for delivery and compile sales data from one central location.

You can also print a barcode on remote prints; when the barcode is scanned and transferred to the user, the delivery information is printed.
· List View. Multiple ticket handling gives you the ease to combine tickets, pay any number of tickets to cash, enter all of your credit card tips on one screen, and transfer tickets to yourself or others. Sort your tickets according to customer, time ordered, user, time left, or amount due.
· Revenue Centers. Easily define an unlimited number of Revenue Centers and see your sales ‘break down’ in Dinerware’s financial reports. Revenue Centers can receive sales according to the user’s Job, or the Section to which the Guest Check was assigned. Compare your Bar revenue to the Dining Room, or other sections.
